Trenchless Pipe Repair

Repairing broken pipes can be expensive, tedious and disruptive. It used to take days to get the job done - leaving you with no water, your lawn and landscaping in tatters, and your wallet empty. But today, the Maxliner System makes repairs fast and easy, with little or no digging required. The secret is in the exclusive MaxLiner process, utilizing advanced technology developed in Europe and proven around the world.

Our manufacturer trained technicians view your pipes from the inside, using a miniature TV camera, and all blockages and debris are cleaned out.

Then the MaxLiner felt tube, saturated in a special epoxy resin, is inverted into your pipes with compressed air. The air pressure forms the liner directly to the pipe walls, where it cures completely within hours. Once cured, any branches feeding into your repaired pipe are cut open to restore flow, an you benefit from a brand new pipe within a pipe.

No digging or damaged landscaping! Pipes can be accessed and repaired via your basement, clean out or roof drain.
Blockages and debris are removed, and the specially treated MaxLiner felt tube is inverted into your pipes using compressed air.
Once cured, the tube hardens and becomes a pipe within a pipe. All connections are internally cut open to restore flow.
Erosion is stopped in its tracks and your repaired line stays resistant to root intrusion for the life of the pipe.

Not only are the MaxLiner repairs faster and easier than any other method, hydraulic test prove that the MaxLiner System can restore at least 100% of original flow capacity despite the minimal loss of pipe diameter - it can even improve your pipe to better than new! MaxLiner's ultra-smooth cured finish and single piece construction evens out bends and joints in existing pipelines, so that the relined pipe allows material to flow smoothly over its new, continuous surface.

In addition, the MaxPox epoxy resin binds the liner to the pipe wall, preventing water from getting between layers. So once your MaxLiner tube is in place, any erosion or corrosion of pipe walls is stopped in its tracks. Better still, field and laboratory test conclude that tree roots cannot penetrate or attack the MaxPox epoxy resin. Once a pipe has been relined, it can stay free of root intrusion for as long as the life of the pipe. A MaxLiner relined pipe actual performs as reliably if not better than a replacement pipe- all this without digging!
